Research Projects

Much of my work is cross-cutting across several areas: we work in the areas of computer vision, imaging, signal processing, and machine learning. We draw mathematical methodologies from statistics, optimization, differential geometry, and topology. Over the past several years, we have established extensive collaborations with researchers from diverse areas including rehabilitation, health promotion and well-being, and media-arts, which both motivate the development of new algorithmic advances from different perspectives, as well as present challenging use-cases.
